• 90 days prior to your residency you can cancel your residency with a refund and a 5% service charge.

• 60 days prior to your arrival you will be required to pay in full. Payments are non-refundable.

• 30 days prior to your arrival date you may change the dates of your residency which is subject to availability.

• Partners who will be sharing a bedroom receive a 40% discount.
