    • Upon acceptance to secure your dates you will be required to make a 50% deposit of the total fees.

    • 90 days or more before your residency: you may cancel your residency and receive a refund, less a 10% service charge & PayPal processing fees.

    • 60 days prior to your arrival you will be required to pay in full. All payments become non-refundable after that time.

    • 60 days prior to your arrival date you may change the dates of your residency which is subject to availability.

    • Partners who will be sharing a bedroom receive a 50% discount.
